Visible Alert for Invisible Rays.

Products

Alert UV patches are your skin’s early warning system. Each patch is infused with smart, light-sensitive molecules that act like tiny, spring-loaded gates.

  • In the Shade: These molecules are "folded up" and twisted. In this shape, they let light pass right through, which is why the patch stays clear or white.
  • Applying Suncream: When you apply suncream over the patch, it shields these molecules from UV rays, just like it protects your skin.
  • The Reaction: As your suncream wears off or breaks down, UV rays hit the patch. This energy causes the molecules to "unflatten" and snap open.
  • The Alert: Once flat, these molecules absorb UV waves and turn a vibrant purple. This is your visual cue that the "shield" is gone and it's time to reapply.

Our Story

Alert UV was born from a simple mission: to take the guesswork out of sun safety, especially for children. We saw how often playtime leads to painful, "hidden" burns because sunscreen wears off unnoticed.

Our patches act as a second skin; you apply one, cover it with suncream, and head out. As the cream washes away or breaks down, the patch reacts to the sun, turning purple to give you a clear, visual alert that it’s time to reapply.

At Alert UV, we’re making protection visible so you can focus on the fun.
