Before you write in

Two things account for most of what people ask us:

• The patch goes on bare skin first, with your suncream applied over the top of it. A patch left uncovered will sit deep purple in sunlight whatever you have put on the rest of your skin.
• The patch never goes completely clear. Its resting state is a pale lilac, even under a generous layer of SPF 50. You are watching for the shade deepening, not for it to disappear.

Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Message us with your order number and a brief description and we'll sort it. For faulty product you do not need to send anything back before we process a refund.
